Quality: Quality Mentors
This post will be about Quality Mentors. Please read on to know what the QM area entails, who the leaders are, what they do, what roles are available. You can also find applications in the post - so please know that all blue words hyperlinked and clickable!
Purpose: Quality Mentors are part of the 'Quality Track' of 7 Cups. We help to look after the quality of listening by working with Listeners in 1-1 to improve their active listening skills. It is a very rewarding mentor role and really can make a vast difference to confidence and knowledge.

Please note that once you apply to be a Quality Mentor/Teen Quality Star, your application will be screened and checked against the requirements. If you are accepted, someone will message you and provide you with the link to the training module. If you are not, you will be informed why not.
If you are accepted, you will be placed on one team to start with. The teams you can be on are:1. Anonymous Evaluations Team
2. Safety Patrol Outreach Team (SPOT)
3. Active Listening Test grading
4. Listener Coaching Team
5. Care Team
Once you have done so, they will send you the training. Once that is completed, you will be badged. You will be asked to contact the leader of your project who will provide additional training based on the project (we will let them know to expect a PM). You will also need to complete Chat Support training within two weeks of receiving your badge.
