@Hope I like to believe I have acquired the skill of forgiveness. I'm grateful for being able to forgive either myself or others, because I've spent many years holding grudges. Grudges have only led to me bitterness and resentment. It did me no good. By being forgiving, I'm more at peace. I'm grateful for that.

This is such a big obstacle and so hard, but once you have forgiven someone it becomes the first step to self healing. ❤️🩹 hugs!

@Hope I am incredibly thankful for the courage I have acquired to not face my mental health journey alone, but instead to embrace the support of a group. This skill has profoundly impacted my life by allowing me to share my challenges and triumphs with others who understand and empathize. It has taught me the value of community and mutual support, reminding me that I am not alone in my struggles. Additionally, this courage has empowered me to extend a helping hand to others facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of connection and purpose. By opening myself up to both give and receive support, I have enriched my own healing process and contributed positively to the well-being of those around me.

@Hope One skill I have learned is how to be a better team player. Also, in my personal life, maybe the ability to not be attached with people and be emotionally independent

@Hope
I think i earned the skill to let the people who dont want to be in my life go. It helps me because i can stop surrounding myself with toxic people just because im desperate for some companion and will allow the right people to come in my way

Something that helped me is on emotional hard days I buy myself flowers. Usually once or twice a year and it has become a tradition now and brings me a smile 😊

A skill that I have is being able to remain calm in chaos… something I have learned over years of craziness. Not only that is I help others find ways to distress and regroup their thoughts or day back to peace and bring them comfort. It’s earned me a title of chaos manager. Don’t get me wrong though… there’s been moments I have completely broke down when I was alone.

@Hope
One of the skills I have acquired is the ability to reflect on decisions and events, whether negative or positive. This skill helps me when I'm listening to members and reflecting on what they're saying to me.
