Chapter 1 Questions
Bridging and bonding most obviously applies to 7 Cups group rooms and forum posts; it's in these places where members and listeners alike from all parts of the world can talk about their experiences, their stories, and who they are. The same users become familiar faces just as new users come in, and they help one another with their assets, ideas, skills, and information. People who also experienced similar struggles can find social support and comfort in one another.
I learned that 7 Cups is an important space where diverse people can come together through shared interests and common purposes, particularly the one to volunteer and support oneself and others. In 7 Cups, we can find a community where we can understand people's needs and the change that we desire. We can work together to make such progress in the mental health world and on a smaller scale with individuals. Sub-communities and smaller groups help focus topics, so people can better receive the help and give the emotional support that others need.

Chapter 2 Questions
An example of a central shared activity within 7 Cups is sharing circle in the member group room because it allows members to each have individual time to share their own struggle or something that has been bothering them in their life. This can be reacted to with support and kind words from other members and moderating listeners and is very important because it offers a greater sense of community and togetherness that some members may prefer over a 1 on 1 conversation.
I learned about the important of organizing group activities to do together as a way of mechanizing purpose, discussion, and participation; mental health struggles may sometimes be better cushioned and supported by a group rather than an individual. Moreover, repeated structured meetings and group settings allow people to gather a sense of structure and continuity in their community. The whole is much greater and more beautiful than the sum of its part as you can do so much more together than if you were alone.
