Hey! I'm Irene! I just joined the leadership development program! I mainly wanted to join to develop my leadership skills and to get more involved in the 7cups community:) pretty self explanatory to be honest.

Hello there!

1. I signed up for the week of March 8th, 2021.

2. Honing my skills in different areas and serving the community better through the roles I assign myself to would be the main reason for signing up for the leadership program.

3. I am not a leader here right now but look forward to taking on a/the role(s)!

4. One fun fact about me would be that I am afraid of touching animals even though I love them. It's weird but this is how it has always been.

I have had a pleasant experience with leadership skills throughout my life and would love to apply them to help out the 7Cups community!

2. What made you want to sign up?
My lacking qualities and skills to act as a leader when needed, so this 7cups academy program is just what I need to develop them!

I am interested in taking up my first leadership role, preferably peer support or sharing circles.

I am pretty childish and silly at heart.

I was looking to take the next step in my 7cups listening journey, and getting a leadership role seemed like a great place to start.

I statrted on 19th April, 2021.

I have been a listener for a long time now but i would love to be an active part of the community and take more responsibilities on the website. This course would provide ample tools to start with that.

I am pretty new to leadership roles and this is my first step towards them.

I love plants! They are my happy place, i have a collection of 100+ plants and I have to actively overcome my urge of getting more plants!

The LDP has helped many ones on 7 Cups. I am taking up this program to explore the different areas of leadership and the situations and conditions. I would love to know more about the course and to understand the concepts of leadership.
