Journaling is sure a healthy habit and I am glad you find it beneficial. It is a way to flush out your emotions on a piece of paper and you feel lighter, instantaneously. There are no restrictions, not any fear of judgements. You are your own self, reflecting on personal though processes.

I’ve been journaling since 2012 my mom and I had a journal and then I started by myself for years.

I wish I could stick to journaling, I really enjoy it but I find I can never stick to something, it make me feel really bad that I have such a short attention span :/
