🍥Maki's secret space🍥
i'm Narutomaki (or 🍥/Maki/Naruru)
i'm here to practice my English writing skills~ (it's my second language & i'm still working on it)
i dont want to polish the slides
i want to resign my student assistant career, nothing i can do but fake formalist chores
I was a PhD student, so I know what it feels to be making slides.. also drawing figures for my professor ha
I see that your English is quite good already! Maybe you also want to practice speaking it? I made an app called Bubblic where you can speak to leave a journal entry and have other people send you voice replies. A good thing is all messages are transcribed into English! So I think that can work very well for you to practice.
in fact i'm aro ace
there is research saying that aces take up a large proportion in autistic people
i once doubted if i'm lesbian, cuz i have a special affection for Hinoe, and she is considered as a lesbian icon in western doujin community.. her name is also on Yuri Wiki.. which shocked me..
but i don't care much about this, and if i met Hinge one day, i would collect nearly all information about her on the Internet, and SHARE MY SPECIAL INTERESTS like slimes and social work with her, instead of having sexual fancies that neurotypical people always indulge in
fun fact about Hinoe:
i found in the Japanese community that, the character is considered to be inspired by Hinoenma, an ancient Yokai who attracts the men and then utterly devour their soul, kinda sexism, like those "radical feminists" in Chinese social media?
My first response after reading discussions about this on Japanese community: What the what? That genderist can't be the prototype of Hinoe, after all, she is much nicer and softer than the one who spread gender hate, and the so-called Hinoenma is ACTUALLY derived from female hate in ancient Japanese folklore... OK FINE, i don't want to defend on this, cuz Hinoe's name is quite similar to Hinoenma's..
Another shocking little fun fact: Hinoenma's initial Chinese zhuyin is THE SAME AS my name's, after i told this to my friends in class, i know i will get another nickname...
(but i think Naruru is enough! )
(but this one is... still not bad, more intimidating than Naruru)
another fun facts about my English usage:
when writing about my daily life, my tongue would be twisted when i tried to share it in English, so i prefer post'em onto Chinese communities..
but when it comes to Hinoe and other special interests, i will talk about'em nonstop even in English, even with weak vocabularies, even i have to use Grammarly or other supporting tools..
it's fortunate that we are not majoring English
otherwise my classmates will easily understand what i posted in the English community
