...See more i developed a habit of day-night reversal for a long time. During holidays, i'll stay up till 3:00 at midnight and get up in afternoon. But at school days, i have to wake up at 7:00, so i could feel sleepy easily and continue to sleep till afternoon when i get home after class. that makes me feel harder to fall asleep at night, so i will stay up again, and continue to circulate that reversing routine.. what should i do to break that reversing routine and form a good sleeping habit ?

...See more Big data s quite a mind reader, it can recognize what i'm currently anxious about and feed the related information to me precisely. i'm on the autism spectrum and i'm easily indulged into everything i'm interested in, so i can't control myself to read nearly ALL the posts the social media recommends to me. So i developed the habit of doomscrolling, and it is eating me up.. wish i could get indulged in the social media less, particularly the Q&A forum and news feed thread..

...See more i'm autistic & English is not my first language i can talk nonstop in my mother language, but when it comes to English, it's hard for me to even organize a sentence. i have already passed my IELTS test, and have no problem with reading English texts, while i still have communicating difficulties, cuz after switching language, i have to think about what to say, which word to use, and the grammar!  it makes my brain overloaded!  During the IELTS oral test, i have to memorize and recite the long material i've prepared already, cuz it could cause meltdown when i tried to gather words in my brain & organize them into a sentence.. i can nearly imagine how embarrassed i will be in the English-speaking country after a year😰 Or can i use my keyboard or AAC tools to communicate with people there..
