Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this has been done already but I think this will really benefit everyone!

Some of us might find journaling helpful, and so I thought I'd take it to the next step. Sometimes just writing down our thoughts may not be enough- we may not feel heard- after all, "dear diary" isn't exactly addressed to anyone... well, anyone real. So if you feel as though all else has failed, I have an activity for you:

Think of someone you feel safe with, or feel compelled to share your thoughts with- could be anyone, your parents, therapist, your crush, God (if you're religious), a listener on this site etc. and write your thoughts out to this person (pour everything out- your pain, your sorrow, maybe something happy?)

Here's the thing: you stay anonymous, but you are heard by many. Remember that this is a supportive site, so no judgement alright? If you have no one to write to, you could even address it to me laugh. The aim of this is to create another avenue for you to feel heard and to pour out your thoughts without interruptions. We can also reply to one another's posts to help each other through tough times. I'll try to reply to your posts as much as I can smiley

Sounds like an idea? ok.
