So, how do we get in touch with this magical Inner Compass?

  • Vision Board: Create a vision board that reflects your top values and dreams. Hang it somewhere you’ll see every day to keep your values front and center. It’s a daily reminder of what truly guides you!

Think of a time when your Inner Compass led you in an unexpected direction. What was the outcome and what did you learn from that experience?

There was a moment when my Inner Compass guided me to become a volunteer listener with 7 Cups. I had been looking for a way to contribute and support others and this opportunity felt like the perfect fit.

The outcome is both fulfilling and eye-opening! I connected with people from all walks of life, offering them a listening ear and a safe space to share their feelings. It not only helped those seeking support but also deepened my understanding of empathy and compassion.

Moreover, trusting my instincts to join 7 Cups opened up a new sense of purpose for me, reinforcing that stepping outside my comfort zone can lead to meaningful connections and personal growth.

If you could choose any fictional character to be your Inner Compass guide, who would it be and why?

It would definitely be Albus Dumbledore from Harry Potter 🧙‍♂️✨

Because Dumbledore embodies wisdom, kindness and a deep understanding of the complexities of life. He has this incredible ability to see the potential in everyone, reminding us that our choices, not our abilities, define who we are. Above all, his ability to inspire courage and self-discovery is unmatched!

There was a surprising moment when my internal compass directed me to take a leap of faith and change my entire career direction. Because of that I have ended up in a job I love and wouldn't change it for the world
