Does anyone like collecting toys?
Who likes collecting toys? I have a little buisness making doll clothes and stuffies, and I'm wondering if anyone else likes these typically kid things. I find that toys help people remember happier, more carefree days, and I love to make them happy, even if they just look.
I guess is have to admit I still like a lot of small figurines too like the ones you get out of those bubble vending machines and blond bags. I wish I still had shelves and spaces to put them out on display though.
Hey there! I collect action figures (mostly from films, i.e. Star Wars, MCU, DC, Disney, etc) as well as dolls, which I enjoy repainting. I mostly collect Monster High and Ever After High dolls for repaints, but I really love the Barbie Fashionistas and Made to Move Barbies as well. For me, it helps me to connect to a simpler time in my life when I had far fewer worries than I do now.
I'd like to have a small collection of action figures (superheroes).
I am 41 and I like collecting the original star wars figures especially the aliens and droids, I like building lego sets (i use this to help me get better control of my hands as they shake involuntarily sometimes). I like hot wheels cars as well but I love the Galoob Micro Machines cars the best.
Oh I collect a lot coca cola happy meal toys Barbie's my new collection is the my life dolls and my new hobby is tying to make furniture for them
I have a small doll collection :) 2 blythes, 2 ball jointed dolls, and a Barbie. and I also have a large collection of plush animals. Glad to hear there are others on here who have similar interests to me.

Toys are one of my favourite things to collect- specifically stuffed animals. I did used to collect Monster High Dolls, but in a fit of 'wanting to act like an adult' (I'm almost 20 now!) I got rid of most of them. But I've started collecting again! Recently I've gotten four Squishmallows- and two vintage Paddington Bear stuffed animals!
@writecolorread Hi! I have a Squishmallow collection, a My Little Pony collection, a few Care Bears, a Pusheen collection. I also have a Cherry Merry Muffin doll and a few Banyanas. I have a collection of sheep and alpaca plush and my childhood bear "Pookie" that just so happens to look like Garfields teddy "Pookie". I even named him before I saw Garlfield cartoons! I also have other bears that have been in my Christmas tree or christmas bears to sit in the living room. I have a soft ragdoll that reminds me of a doll I had when I was a kid and I have a Snugglebum! Not the same one I had when I was a kid but the same character. I might also have some Strawberry Shortcake dolls. A lot of people do collections these days that are child like even though a lot of people don't understand and judge.
@phoenix1865 And I am turning 41. I don't plan on not having my toys or my kawaii jewelry!

I like to buy toys to please myself rather than my child. He'll probably be just as excited when he's older. I started collecting baby toys back when I couldn't get pregnant. And I am grateful to the people I know who advised me about surrogacy in Cyprus. Only due to this agency we finally had a chance to look into the eyes of our baby, which we could only dream of for a long time. If anyone is also considering such a possibility, I recommend these specialists, as their attitude to our case was attentive, careful, and highly professional.

Ahh omg that business sounds amazing! I lost the collection when I moved, but I used to have one of tiny rubber duckies. Each of them were of different themes. For example, there was a pirate duck, a doctor duck, a police duck, etc. I collected them when I was really young and I loved the collection just cause it was so cool to have so many of them :)
