Coming home after a rough day.

Finding an album I've been searching for so long.

I had a day out with my college mate. We went for a movie together. (He being just a good friend) and we saw the comming disney movie- The good dinasour. I just loved that film, and it was a bonus. Spending time with friend as well as happiness derived from the movie

A colleague brought me cake...she loves to give me sweets.
Always makes me smile how she dotes on me with food.

Opening the newspaper and learning that Finland is deporting 20,000 of the 32,000 migrants coming in.

But obviously NOT refugees who are genuinely fleeing from war.

Today I gave a speech in my class. I kinda messed u a little in the beginning but I help my nerves and went on. I went on to deliver a smooth and informative speech and it was quite extempore. The judges really appreciated me and I felt really good. Anyways, I have a lot of scope for improvement.

Today I went to see my rheumatologist (I have lupus) and I finally agreed to see a psychiatrist. I see now that I need help and I need to accept it. Also, my parents and my friends were extremely supportive and just make everything feel worthwhile. So I guess my favourite part of today was realising that accepting help and support doesn't make me a weak person. It makes me stronger and I'm ready for whatever is coming my way.

My favorite moment today was when my sister hugged me this morning. ♥
