What's your most recent achievement?
Every night I go to bed wishing I won't wake up the next day, but I do. And as much as I dread it, somehow I manage to get up every morning and take it one day at a time.
@Lucy2017 - Sometimes the biggest accomplishment is just continuing to move forward, one step at a time. There's a quote it made me think of - "Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says 'I'll try again tomorrow.'" - you continuing to try each day is courageous and strong. And I'm proud of you.

I have been taking on a new leadership role at work recently, and today a subordinate told me several of them had noticed and that they appreciate my leadership style. It really made my day.

@Anomalia The songs called Say Anything by Marianas Trench. I got quite a lot done of it the past few days. I've gotten to the bridge. I could've been done by now if people wouldn't intrupt me lol, but that's ok, because human socialization is needed in life
I applied for a job today, and I'm proud of my application. It's the most polished resume I've made for a role that I want. I used to be atrocious at this sort of thing. It's an achievement in self improvement that I'm proud of.

I sent him an email yesterday after about a month long not talking to each other. As much as I loved him, I realised that my happiness was dependent on him. And so I gave myself some time by myself, without him, to be able to create my own happiness. And I found it. Even though I was disappointed he did not reach out to me, I guess that is his way of respecting my decision.. or probably he also needed some time alone. Anyway, assumptions set aside, I finally initiated communication after all that. He has not replied. That is fine. I just wanted to say that I have found my own happiness without him and that I have finally been able to let him go. I hope that will free the both of us. Taking the courage to let him go is my achievement.
@mindfulJar23 - I'm really proud of you! Just recognizing what was going on is an accomplishment on its own, but to have the courage to let him go and the strength to find your happiness on your own is remarkable. You are pretty darn amazing! :)

My most recent achievement was reaching out for professional help. I am terrified to dig through my pain but I know that I must to have any peace

I sent in a few job applications yesterday. I had sent one into Panera Bread, had a phone interview, and have an in-person interview tomorrow afternoon! :D I hope I get the job because I am a big fan of Panera and think working there could be a very beneficial experience for me.

i worked at a Panera for a couple of weeks (had a family emergency and had to move right after getting the job) but everything I learned about the company I liked. They seemed good to work for. Good luck!

@Anomalia It went well, had a second interview with an upper level manager. The second interview went even better than the first one! If they choose to add me as a new hire, I will hear back on Thursday or Friday of this week
