What's your most recent achievement?
It's not so much of an achievement but rather a committment and something I am happy about. I have sponsored an ex dancing bear in Vietnam, who was also an ex bile bear as well and has known nothing but pain, suffering, cruelty, starvation and abuse its whole life. Actually I sponsor two bears, a slow loris too, as Asian animal charities need every cent they can get.
My 'fur children' are Bubu, Maurice and Chitra.

My sponsorship packages for Chitra and Maurice arrived yesterday and they are both so lovely and needing of help.
I finally completed studying a chapter after 4 days of stuggle.

My most recent achievement is waking up today when I expected not to or is this just another miserable attempt to bail out n leave the pain and trauma I suffer behind????
@consideratesky It'll get better if you stay with it, even if it's hard to get out of bed some days, at least there's good music to listen to while you're there

I organized my mess and threw out somethings
@Lonelykate - Well done! Sometimes clearing out some of the excess stuff around you can feel really calming and make everything else seem just a little more under control :)
Today I had a presentation in front of my italian class and i didn't feel very anxious or nervous which was a big achievement for me because usually even speaking in front of a small group triggers my social anxiety.
@ChristophJ - That's really great! What do you think helped you to feel more confident this time?
I got the confidence to talk to my boss about a raise and title change! We discuss it this Friday! It's happening people! 
@WSA29 - YAYYYY!!! I'm really proud of you and I know it can take a lot to work up the nerve to ask, but what a great result!
I finally took initiative with my life and got a great job! Im also now starting to work on my physical health to be an outlet for my mental problems.
@Sabrina6659 - Sounds like a lot of really positive change going on right now! I'm proud of you, but make sure you are still taking time in all of this to just breathe :)
