cut top of a Pineapple and grew
I bought this pineapple from Walmart for $1.00. I enjoyed that pineapple so much. The top I cut off and put some root growth on the cut end and put it in some dirt, and just look, it has grown so big. I am amazed at how well it took off. Tell me what you think??? I can't wait to eat it😂

Hi there, I hope you are doing well. Thank you for asking about the pineapple. It took about three months for it to get that size. And maybe 6 to 8 months to try and produce a fruit😊.I hope I can keep it alive that long to see what it does. The weather is soon going to be getting colder. I will have to keep it inside.
If I get fruit from it, I will give everyone a slice.😂fingers crossed and toes❤️

This is amazing! I had a pineapple plant once but it died :( and I didn't know about growing another pineapple from it

Hi, I am glad you stopped by❤️To answer your question, no I did not know about 7 years to grow a pineapple. On my research, it said 24 to 36 months in good growing conditions. I truly hope that I see something grow😂maybe the plant will just keep growing. I hope I can keep it alive for that long 😂.
