What is your favorite comfort food you turn to when you're feeling down?
So in Kuwait there's this restuarant called Slider Station. They have this amazing fresh fries topped with melted cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese, grilled onions, chopped jalapeno, and west coast sauce. They also have the Dangerous slider, which has breaded fried chicken with melted Jack cheese, jalapeno, shredded lettuce, and chimichuri aioli. Not to mention their to die for chocolate pudding. Absolutely amazing, I order from there when I feel depressed or stressed. Whats your favorite comfort food?
Buttery popcorn!
Brownies are my weakness...the process of making them is relaxing and then the smell they produce when baking is intoxicating. In the end though the best part is getting to cuddle up and munch away!
A couple of friends of mine trying to help me recover recently made a deal with me. Every box of brownies they give me is one Sunday that I have to go to church with them. Haha it sounds odd but I agreed, I've been to church with them once now and I with a new batch of brownies in the oven right now, I'm going to church this sunday!
