San Sebastian Cheesecake Ingredients:
• One kilogram of cream cheese
• ½ kilogram of whipping cream
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups of white sugar
• 1 tablespoon sifted flour
Method:
1. In a blender, beat the cream cheese until it doubles in volume
2. Add the whipping cream and continue whipping for 5 minutes
3. Add the eggs gradually while continuing to whisk
4. Gradually add the sugar and continue whipping
5. Add the flour and beat for two minutes
6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
7. Grease the cheesecake mold with butter
8. Pour the San Sebastian cake mix into the mold
9. Place the mold in the oven for 50 minutes until the top part appears relatively burnt
