@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

Thank you my amazing Sun for this fantabulous post 💓 My creative friend🤩

One of my favourite fruit is the King of Fruits, India's national fruit, the magnificent Mango  image_1712572049.png

I love both ripe and unripe mangoes😋 I enjoy mangoes and all its products but I love mango pickles the most! I enjoy aamras, mango jam, my own recipe with mango 😎

I haven't named my recipe yet, but I call it my own way of halwa. Ingredients are mango (sweety and juicy), milk (optional), Cumin seeds/Cardamom (I love adding cumin seeds), flour (according to your preference), cashew nuts & raisins, enough water (if needed), sugar (optional), butter/oil (if needed) and feel free to add any matching ingredients and try😃

Another favourite fruit of mine is coconut, I prefer grated coconut. 🥥 My way of having coconut is

  • Coconut with jaggery (prefer heated or raw)
  • Coconut with sugar (prefer heated)

I enjoy coconut laddoo and barfi 😍

I also like tamarind, jackfruit, Jamun, etc. I love my mother's jackfruit halwa, I miss it🥹

So many things and recipes to mention, Sorry for the long post🙄🫣

What about you sun??

Aw hey hey Earthy friend, I appreciate your kind encouraging comments always, many thanks!💖

Magnificent Mango is in sooo many people's favorite list and rightfully so hehe, I'm a mango persun as well!😛

Woahhh that's an awesome list, anything with mango seems to be great lol.🥰

A kind of mango halwa/pudding? This sounds super tempting and the fact you've created your own version of it makes it even better hehe. What do we do about all the ingredients though? How to combine them together and turn it into the pudding? :P

I've tried coconut with sugar and it does taste amazing. Will try with jaggery too and heated? :0 a more carmelized version of it sounds even more tempting!😋

Yummmmm! I've not tried jackfruit 😮 does it taste nice and fruity? And jackfruit halwa? that is news too hehe, I hope you get to nom it soonsieees!🥰

Smh no need to apologize for answering these questions sooo nicely. Always enjoy your enthusiastic participation. Feel free to share more anytime! 💖

Ooh thanks for asking, lovely, I like most fruits I've had hehe, but yus, mangos top the list.

A real quick "recipe" that comes to mind right now,  is just adding mango chunks, sliced banana, sugar or any sweetener of choice to taste and some whipped cream or cream of one's choice in a bowl and mix it all together to combine. (Not too much cream, just enough to coat the fruit). It is superrr quick to make and oh so yumm to nom hehe.🥰

Sorry sun, I am not in a healthy state as of now due to colds. It may take time to type the recipe. Anyway, glad to know that you are also a mango lover. I will definitely share the recipe in another post when the right time comes. Yes, I love grated coconut with jaggery, that's too heated. But please ensure that you don't overburn the mix, you can add little drops of oil if not a non-stick utensil.

Yes, jackfruit is a nice fruit and is known as the Queen of Fruits. My mother bakes special jackfruit halwa but is a little busy nowadays. I can only expect the same from her after a few months.🙃  Anyway, I will wait till then by experimenting with my own recipes with jackfruit. Is jackfruit available there?

Your sweety tasty recipe: Should we blend it all together?? Anyway, sounds yummy, I should try it!!😋

Aw hey Earthy friend, it's totally okay to take your time, and yes, you can share the recipe here or another post whenever works. Sending healing beams your way, I hope you feel better soon!😊

Thank you for the tip hehe, defo don't wanna burn any supposedly edible thing or any utensils lol!

Woah I learned something new today, didn't know Jackfruit is the Queen of Fruits.😮

Oh noes, hope your mum's doing well and gets more time for herself and of course to feed you a yum jackfruit halwa, till then yusss please, you've gotta try it out also hehe. Let us know how it turns out.🥰 Yes, it is available. :0

Haha thank youuu, and yus, if we blend it all together it turns into a nice smoothie but that's not how I prefer it usually, my version is more like a fruit cream bowl?😮

Okay easy peasy steps:

1. Chop mangoes into adorable cubes (or of course whatever way possible lol, and be safeeeee)

2. Slice bananas

Tip: ratio of mango:banana I keep is 2:1, so if there's 2 cups of mango, we take 1 cup of banana because we love Mango more lol!

3. Take a bowl, add fresh cream or any cream if your choice (quantity of cream I'm not too sure of lol, I just add it "intuitively"😂 but as I said earlier, not too much, we don't want the fruits to drown in cream, we want the fruits to be coated in just enough cream), add some sugar or any sweetener of choice to taste and give it a good mix.

4. Add the chopped fruits in the bowl, mix it all with a spoon so the cream coats the fruit well and dig in!

5. Thank Sun for the best ever mango-banana creamie bowl to ever exist and for giving you the quickest recipe to satisfy 'em sweet cravings.🥰

Do try and I hope you like it!💗

By the way, this tastes amazing with different fruits as well, like strawberries, grapes, blueberries etc. So more fruits can be added as per want!😛

My favorite fruit are apples, watermelon, and bananas.

Eat them any kinda way. By themselves, with ice cream. Add them to my drinks for flavor.

Thank you for this super fruitilicious post! 😋❤

I would like to combine pizza 🍕 & fruits 🍓🥝🍊🥭🫐

Fruit pizza 🍕🍓🥝🍕 🫐

images-2_1719816920.jpeg

Ingredients:

salted butter

sugar

vanilla

egg

baking powder

flour

cream cheese

powdered sugar

strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges

How to make a fruit pizza 🍓🍕🫐🍕 🥝🍕🍊

Preheat the oven to 350℉. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with a hand mixer, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add the vanilla and egg, and mix for another 30 seconds. Add baking powder, and flour.

Mix until just combined.

Press the dough into a 12-inch pizza pan, in an even layer

Bake for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool the crust completely before moving on to the next step.

To make the topping, beat cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until smooth for about 2 minutes

Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until fully combined.

Spread in an even layer over the cooled crust

Put fruits

Refrigerate until ready to cut & serve
