 Today, we live in a world where our lives have become more hectic, making us believe that moving forward and working all day is productive. Amidst all this chaos, caring for our bodies and minds is very important. Rest in terms of mental health doesn’t have to be sleep; it can also mean taking a break from things that only drain our energy and efforts. Resting has significant effects on both our physical and mental health. Undisturbed sleep and resting well can help improve our brain functions, and sleep and rest are necessary for our bodies to work better. It is essential to take breaks and rest, which has been proven to improve our productivity. Walking at our pace when the world asks us to run is okay. https://yourmentalhealthpal.com/life-changing-benefits-of-rest/

@Heera72

Yes getting proper rest is essential in terms of our overall wellbeing physically, mentally & emotionally. As proper rest (or lack thereof), can set the tone for not only the day, but in how we think, feel, act, eat, and beyond.
