What is your best tip for a healthy night's sleep?

no computer work after 7 pm
watching positive movies or videos which make you laugh
sleep meditation

Drink water before going to bed.
Ideally, limited to no screen time 1 hour before I want to be asleep and use of progressive muscle relaxation in bed if I am having a hard time falling asleep

For me it's doing a couple of yoga stretches before bed. Tired muscles make it easier to find a comfortable sleeping position. Plus, you won't ever wake up sore ever again if you stretch regularly

I'm a super picky sleeper (the princess and the pea could have literally been written about me), so sometimes when I'm super frazzled I try to listen to mindfulness or relaxing audio recordings.

My best tip for a healthy night's sleep is sticking to a consistent bedtime routine. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Also, avoid screens at least an hour before bed—reading a book or meditating works wonders for me. Oh, and a comfy pillow and dark room make all the difference.
