I would say any kind of sport, I train kickbox, I always feel happy and very free after the end of session, I overcame pain and I improved my body and my mind... is not taking care but upgrading yourself. 🗣🗣📈📈

Try Edgar cayce abundance hypnosis. It’s on YouTube but will help you relax and get into a better mindset too.

@gloomySunshine4673 I know this is off topic  but I just got mad myself at myself and cut myself with a box cutter and i open 7cups because I was bored and I saw this post and it made me laugh be I literally just cut myself

@TU100OT I am some what feeling better now but one thing I noticed was when I cut myself I feel little bit better (I also got myself good like there was blood and everything :D) idk why I put a smiley face

I'm glad but I'm sorry about what you are going through for cutting yourself, I hope you heal, healing is a process and it takes time for everyone and it comes in different ways. Perhaps, you can try doing something else, like a soothing video on youtube or a funny video.

I went for a walk in nature today by myself. Even a short 20-minute stroll outside can be incredibly refreshing. It helps me clear my mind. The fresh air and natural surroundings are calming and helped me disconnect from every day worries. If I can’t get outside, I usually spend a few minutes doing some mindfulness exercises instead.

Had a nice walk this morning, did some meal prep for the week, and am going to stay off work email for rest of evening.
