Weight Loss Journey
Hello everyone!
I am looking to become an active person. I want to lose 40 lbs. by January 2023 latest. I will do varied workouts, such as:
1 dance
2 treadmill
3 bike
I will eat healthy food, quit drinking caffeine, and drink lots of water.
I will post my progress here. Hopefully, I will inspire some of you.

Thank you for stopping by to post your journey and to share with us!.. Sounds like you are laying the path for some great goals for yourself. You can do anything you set yourself to do!
I am a ZUMBA & Fitness Instructor and I took some time off this past spring and summer (after 11 years). But , am too looking forwards to getting back into the "swing of things".
I am looking to start getting back into:
Swimming 2x/wk
ZUMBA 2x/wk
Strength/Weightlifting/toning 2/wk
Stretching/Yoga for a rest day.....
And to continue with Walking in the evenings periodically.... to get outdoors and into fresh air.
Lets go! And keep up the Great work!
i started walking regularly in march 2021 since then i lost about 55 lbs and toned up a good deal
it is fun to start but the item that trips up many is consistency ......i find there are also many good videos available on you tube if you want to change up your workouts.

I will put in the effort to lose 30 lbs. by December 25th, 2022, Christmas 2022. This will put my weight at 145 lbs. Then, I will only have 9 more lbs. to lose, in order to be at a healthy weight, for my height, according to the BMI. I will be 136 lbs. by January 31st, 2023.
I am taking these goals seriously, and will share my progress.
That sounds like a good plan! I vary my exercise routine too because I get bored easily. 🙂
At the moment, I am trying to get back into a good exercise routine. I usually start small and work my way up…
I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I am short 4’11 so a little extra weight can seem like a lot.
I’ve not been very successful drinking water, but I enjoy Hint Water. It’s a zero calorie flavored water. If I can drink two bottles a day, I consider that a good day!
@WarmChaiMugI I am trying to loose weight also my goal is around thirty pounds. My only issue is I eat when stressed. And that is most of the time.

That is a obstacle many face eating when anxious or bored etc...... i am still working on thta one because you cannot exercise your way out of eating binges . i have tried believe me.

Hi 😊 I wish you all the best in your journey to fitness. The desire to be an active person is a good reason to change your lifestyle. I'm pretty sure you can achieve this with consistency.
is there any chance you know how to grow taller?
How are you doing OP? Have you already succeeded at least a little? Did you manage to follow your plan? I'm going to follow some of the https://betterme.world/articles/fitness/workouts/hiit-workouts/ workouts to lose a couple of stones. I recently experienced a very stressful situation and gained a lot. Hope to get back into a good fit till the end of the year.
