I have missed you tremendously! Soo great to be back!
I am on a weight loss journey and so far I have lost 57lbs. My goal is to lose another 40lbs.
When people see me that see my progress … the assumption is made that it is easy! I get compliments and I do feel good however I DO tell them that weight loss success comes down to one simple skill.
That skill is the ability to bounce back after being off track! That determination on your health journey that stick to it attitude is what is needed over time. I DO make mistakes and I don’t exclude any food! ALL food is on the menu and I choose wisely. I DO celebrate all the celebrations and love it.
Positivity is so important! Weight loss is definitely starts between the ears lol 😂 mindset is everything!
Do I move more absolutely 💯! Walking is absolutely fabulous or steps or water aerobics or dancing even functional fitness of getting chores done ALL counts.
You did not gain the weight quickly and give yourself the grace and space to get healthy in a non judgemental way and be kind to yourself.

🏝️How were you aware of the need to makes changes in your diet and exercise habits?…. When I start to become & feel “uncomfortable” physically. Which can then affect me mentally. As it all goes together…
🌊What are some practical steps you can take to implement healthier eating and exercise?… I think (for me personally), the answer was to “Just do it”! Try & try again if/when needed. If you fall , get back up and keep going. Start by making small swaps & add in healthier items daily. Increase water goals each day… And as far as Exercising, Do something I ENJOY! And it will always be something I can commit to!
🏝️What are some common obstacles or challenges you faced during your weight loss journey, and how did you overcome them effectively? …. There were many various, (probably standard obstacles),.. Such as Timeframe to reach goals, comparison etc… but keeping track of progress continued to help me keep going. Looking at how far I came. How much stronger I am, How much easier I can do certain things etc..

🏝️What role does mindset play in your weight loss journey? How do you add positivity in your day to day life?… I believe & feel that our mindset has to be right to progress in any journey. Mental, emotional, physical, it all goes together hand in hand. One will always affect the other in some way… Positivity to me is doing things I enjoy everyday! Being around those I care about, Taking care of myself and my overall well-being. And always incorporating Selfcare in some small way daily…
@SunShineAlwaysGrateful hi sun ❤❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ well done for looking that much weight ✨✨ my eating problem is the other way round, a healthy weight for my height and body is around 80 pounds. Currently not close to that😥 I am trying my best though ❤❤
