Yes!!!

I love the gym (Specifically group fitness classes) that help keep me accountable!

Not to mention how it can vastly improve our overall wellbeing…. And increase socialization opportunities, as We need these experiences to help In being well-rounded overall (physically, mentally, emotionally, & socially).

Wow! I'm glad it makes you feel better both physically and mentally 😊

I can't do normal spots but I'm doing physiotherapy, and that have a huge impact on my health too!

@woer

You don’t have to necessarily know where to start…

You could always look into Group Fitness classes at a local gym where you can join others in a group setting and workout together. (Whether it’s cardio or weights or something else)… The instructor will lead you & show you what to do…

And if group fitness isn’t your thing and you’d rather do machines etc.. typically you can sign up at many gyms for a trial period and they give you trial access to a personal trainer as well. Like a complimentary session or two.., Where they show you how to use the machines and workout specific areas.

There’s always options at the gym.

Yes! It's so important to get some exercise. Not only will it make you feel good physically but it will also make you feel good mentally.
