Weight Loss Goal
Hello everyone!
I have a goal to lose 18 lbs. by May 31st, 2023. This is when the warm weather will be coming, and it is near summer. I will reach 160 lbs. if I meet this goal.
This is in 9 weeks. It will be a loss of 2 lbs. a week to meet.
I will eat small meals, in order to meet this goal, and engage in light exercise.
Does anyone else have a weight loss goal?
Thank you,
LynnTea

Sensible goal.
I am sure you will succeed!
@LynnTea I’d like to be 150 by May. Have no idea how much I weigh right now.
@LynnTea I’m on a fat loss journey! I’m down 10 lbs and hoping for 10 more before June 5!
I lift weights, walk at least 8k steps a day and track my calories! Water intake and protein is very important good luck!
Congratulations on setting your weight loss goal! It's a big step toward a healthier you. Remember, consistency is key. I managed to lose my extra weight in 2 months and now maintain my good shape. Speaking of which, if you're looking for support on your weight loss journey, you might want to explore resources like sword health customer service. @LynnTea Hi, I do too!
Hello! I have a weight loss goal as well. I plan on losing about 20-30 pounds by the end of this year. I plan on following a healthy diet, walking 10,000 steps daily and to slowly incorporate strength training as I lose more weight. Also, I would love for everyone to give tips or check in every once in a while. I’d love to have accountability buddies! I will update everyone every week. Please hold me accountable and remind me to keep going!❤️
