New Years Resolution!
I finally got around to making New Years Resolutions! (29 days late, but who's counting 😅) One of my main resolutions this year is to live healthier, like taking charge of my fitness! If you all have any, what are your resolutions in regards to health?
@starrynight872 After making significant progress last year, I have hit a wall in my fitness journey, I have been working out for almost a year now so for me its both new year resolution and soon my second year of working out, and my goal is to make another breakthrough, I faced similar issues last year but I finally made a breakthrough after being persistent, but after hitting the wall again and facing several health issues I got discouraged for a while and stopped working out regularly and took too many breaks, but I am back at it again and I wont give up, I did it once, I can do it again.
Also best of luck with your new year resolution, taking the first step is most important and you have done it! You got this!

Hi there~
For me personally, I don’t necessarily believe in “making resolutions” as much as I do “goal-setting”…
I set goals for myself all the time that I try to stay on plan & on track with. Whether daily, monthly, & yearly.
Either way, my goals & reaching them as well as succeeding in them, always revolve around living my best life physically, mentally , & emotionally. 🙂

My new years resolution is to also live healthier! I think being fit and eating well will really help me out in other aspects of my life.
