Introspecting 2022
What is something that you are proud of achieving or getting to in Mental/Emotional or physical health this year?
Dosen't need to be a huge achievement necessarily, could be a small step in the right direction, I strongly believe doing something even if 'small' is amazing.
Adding to the question, is there something more you'd like to work on for the remainder of this year?
@DeterministicRaven
So much introspection this
time of year. It’s always nice to reflect on our progress and growth. For me, I’m
proud of giving myself some more self-compassion and not putting so much
pressure on myself to be a perfectionist. What about you?💜
@innateJoy9602 That's something really commendable joy! and is something which all of us should do, alot of times we always want to do more, be more and forget to be kind to ourselves and look at the growth, instead of trying to achieve an endless 'perfection'.
It is something I have struggled with and am trying to achieve aswell, for the remainder of the year, i'd like to do what I can and as you rightly said, alot of introspection this time around.
@DeterministicRaven
I've made some massive progress in regards to introspection, and defining social boundaries this year, I've also been making some headway with schoolwork so yuh I'm proud of myself for those achievements.
@DeterministicRaven
This is a great questions and post.....
I guess some personal growth was made for me in my "personal and familial" relationships. As well as some Self-growth and awareness.
And after taking a break this year from an 11 year Fitness career, I have finally progressed over the past few months with getting back on track with things.
What about You?!
@PoliteOcean Progressing in relationships is really satisfying and great! I'm glad you feel better getting back on your fitness track too :) Well for me, I'm trying to be more appreciative of myself and my efforts, I always feel I am not doing enough, so I have been working towards realising, I've done quite alot.
@DeterministicRaven
something that you are proud of achieving or getting to in Mental/Emotional or physical health this year? Not letting my past define who I am or who I will be in the future
Something that I'd like to work on I think was the next one ..There is still a big part of me that is extremely critical of who I am as a person, not only that I have emotional issues that really need to be looked but I don't try to fix these issues because I think ooh these things only come up once in a while or over the course of several years its fine. but in reality its not good to just overlook mental or emotional issues especially if they leave a sense of fear inside of you. the hardest part is where to even start because when I wanted to start its so overwhelming.
