Feeling rejuvenated
Okay not going to lie I haven't been in tune with myself lately/since childhood but I am now. It probably helps that I'm practicing self care like meditation/spirituality,daily affirmations,and exercise. I have recently gotten back to exercise so I am working on a more consistent schedule but I have been keeping a consistent walking schedule with 2K steps daily for 2-3 weeks. Now I recently updated my step goals to 5K steps daily. I am by no means perfect but I work towards a better me. Ever since I started doing these things I haven't felt this free in a long time money and materialistic objects are not everything true wealth is health.
