Ooh walking is quite calming for me too. I'm glad you followed that positive trail.
I got a sweet message from a friend today, after a while, so it was nice to have been thought-about and that definitely made me feel quite positive about them.🥰

My positive thought to start the day is that im gonna get up early & tackle my morning workout to get the day started right for myself.
Then that way I’m able to enjoy the rest of my day with my loved ones… while also being able to enjoy other routines over the course of the day.
