Hello everyone healthy living is a real challenge people face today where the market has so much junk options to offer you keeping your appetite right and staying fit is the biggest challenge today.

Hey Nitin. That is right. The options for junk food seem to be rising with new variants being introduced regularly. It is vital we pay attention to the health requirements of our bodily systems and not fall prey to the lucrative range. Thank you for this post!

I have found eating healthy is a lot easier when you surround yourself with like minded individuals and,/or have an eating accountability partner. My girlfriend and I work together to keep each other in check. If you do go the route of accountability partner, it is important to have boundaries as to when to back off because sometimes our mental health just needs us to eat a whole tub of ice cream in one sitting and when your head is in that space you don't want anyone to tell you any different. Just my two cents worth

@nitinbais1988 hi nits ❤ I happen to be very fit 😎 I do 100crunches in the morning and 100 crunches in the evening.... My favourite is cheese and onion flavour😁.hahah😂😂 yes it's not actually East for me to keep for ♿♿ but I don't eat much junk food so that's one good thing ❤

That's great tiny that you are not obsessed with junk foods and you keep yourself fit but still there are many and because of their routine aren't able to keep up to the mark but they want to keep themselves fit.
