☀️ What are your essentials daily and weekly that helps you achieve your goals?…. Water, Healthy foods in the house, and supportive loved ones. 


☀️ When do you know you have to get back on track, what is one thing that helps you to get back on track?….When I don’t feel as strong body, mind & spirit….One thing that helps getting back on track is getting in tune with my mental wellbeing & realizing how I feel all over. And that it’s time to make a change & get back to “work”! 


☀️ What motivates you?….Remember my “Why’s” & simply feeling good in seeing improvement & results.
