Good day beautiful Healthy Living Cupsers🙌🙌💕💕

Habit stacking is a method of behavior change that involves creating a list of small, manageable tasks that you can complete each day to help you reach your goals.

The best part it doesn’t take a huge time commitment you can start small and add on as you go!

Small changes over time DOES make a difference. Soo how does it work exactly?

Think about your morning what do you do when you wake up … get out of bed, brush teeth and get dressed then breakfast.

If one of your goals is drinking more water add that and STACK it after breakfast drink water. Over time it will become the new normal.

Suppose you want to move more … add it to your lunch break at work or after supper. By using a designated time and stack it …it acts as a reminder for you.

March is almost here! There are only a few weeks to Easter.

Would you like to get STACKING your healthy habits to get back on track for Easter? 🐣

How would you incorporate your habits into your daily routine ??

Do you think this is a good idea for those interested in getting into healthy lifestyle? What tips would you offer??

Hi I think that’s a really good idea. I like it. That’s something I think I can do. It doesn’t seem that you can’t manage to do it. It’s little things if you remember can be added to your day. A good way to reach goal. Some challenges can be hard in how to do it but this one sounds simple.

When you said about healthy habits can it be any habit? Are you on about the same thing or any habit you can add what helps in your day? So not just exercise but talking to someone?

Yes, I want to do healthy habit stacking. Start small and add a little more each day. I need to apply this to my life starting today. I will have to think about how I can apply this a.s.a.p. in multiple areas. Small steps.👍

Would you like to get STACKING your healthy habits to get back on track for Easter? 🐣

Yes, I would like to get to stacking my healthy habits for me to get back on track for Easter

How would you incorporate your habits into your daily routine ??

I would make a to do list for that day and write everything that you need to complete for that day. Once I have filled that out I would then put in healthy habits in the blank places

Do you think this is a good idea for those interested in getting into healthy lifestyle?

Yes I think this is a good idea for those that are interested in getting into a healthy lifestyle and that when they complete something they would have to pick something healthy before they can start on the next thing.

What tips would you offer??

The tip that I would offer is to stay motivated and never give up. Also try exercising every day, drinking more water, and eating healthy meals

@SunShineAlwaysGrateful this awesome and something that I often use. I keep a portable stepper in front of my cooktop and get in some steps while cooking. I also do pushups on my kitchen counters. I love YouTube. So, several days a week I listen to my favorites on YouTube while walking/jogging on the treadmill. Never thought about it being healthy habit stacking. Great post!
