What are some of your healthy eating habits?

Eating well starts with implementing good habits, isn't it? What are some of yours?

I try to start my day off with either yogurt or oatmeal(alternate days) with my coffee.

Yogurt - Usually vanilla, with the least amount of sugar(read the labels!), I'll buy a 3 lb. bag of frozen blueberries(usually about 10 bucks and lasts me about a month or so), I'll use a coffee bean grinder and grind, pumpkin and flax seeds and about 5 raw almonds. I wash the frozen berries in hot water(to clean and to thaw). Mix together in yogurt container and man it tastes like a dessert. Totally healthy.

Oatmeal - Same thing grind up pumpkin, flax and sometimes chia seeds and add to oatmeal. Frozen blueberries or even cranberries(cheap this time of year!) Heat and enjoy.

Sundays are reserved for a big breakfast - always sauteed veggies and some sort of egg concoction(quiche, omelets etc)

@Maibok

Nice ideas, your oatmeal sounds yummy!

I have been making big veggie curries to eat for dinner instead of heavy pasta meals :)
