Foods have so much power on our mental process and body process. Wanted to start a blog on helping with health and wellness.

Yes this is so true!...We will actually have a discussion in Healthy Living coming up Next Week on How "Food Affects Us and our bodies, and mood etc"..... It will be interesting to hear what everyone has to say. It can surely have an impact on us in so many ways!
I am finally starting to really look at how my food choices impact my mental health. For instance, I know that too much caffeine, however much I love coffee, can be really bad for my anxiety -- and alcohol is almost guaranteed to make me feel mentally terrible. I'm excited for the discussion about this. I'm really hoping for some tips, tricks, and suggestions to make this work for me.

I hear you in regards to caffeine and alcohol. I make it a rule to never have alcohol if in a bad mood. I only have an occasional glass of wine if out to dinner. I stopped coffee a bit back and only have an occasional cup. I definitely feel a difference.
