Getting Active
What do you do to get active?
Its interesting to here if, you find exercising..... daily, 3/4 week, or 5+ times week.
Everyone is different and we all have different requirements and limitations.
I try to take walks every week. not super long ones, just like 2 miles or so

My style of keeping fit, is walking with a little bit of yoga.

I have heard about it, and it would be great....
but i have fibromyligia, and i dont take to heat well.

no i'm not sure how i feel about being in a super hot room while also exercising. i feel like i'd die haha

yea i mean people i know who have done it love it, but i keep feeling like if i'm exercising and hot, and then its already super hot, won't i just be...reallllly hot?

I go for walks on the beach few days
@TranquilLavenderFields I try to workout at least 3-4 days a week. My workouts pretty much consist of 1 hour cardio and 1 hour of strength training. It's pretty hard sometimes due to being in school full-time and working.
I love skating, biking, swimming, walks, and dancing
