☀️Which of these do you already incorporate into your daily routines?!

☀️From this list, what is something that you could work on more… or incorporate more of?!

☀️HOW are you prioritizing your “SelfCare” this Month?!

I'm good or okay at doing those. They're all pretty incorporated. Somewhat imbalanced. For example, I may eat healthy, then eat six cookies.

I'm still in my ideal weight range for my height and age, with a roof over my head and food on the table but there's a lot to work on still.

How I'm going to rectify and balance the situation is not going to be easy.

Daily use of accountability/goal setting/emotional intelligence apps such as Summit, Finch, Voidpets and 5 Minute Journal could continue to assist.

How else is with a call to a helpline every now and then, even though last time I did, it was 10 different calls to many different helplines before I found someone who was even remotely a fit for me.

Contributing to listen to people like Byron Katie and Marianne Williamson daily, even though they test my time and patience dearly, may also be helpful.

I could continue to simplify my diet. Recently purchased items for sprouting so the goal is to slowly lower my dependence on vitamins over a trial period the next three months. Last time I tried sprouting it was a moldy mess so we'll see.

I could also be more cautious on what I bring into the home, fridge and pantry by using a scratch pad I just bought dedicated to listing what I need as I need it, instead of trying to remember or somewhat just randomly adding things to a cart. I usually utilize the notes function in my phone but that could maybe be more effective as I don't always have my phone on me and there's lists for everything in there from budgeting to tracking human rights violations to thoughtwork to ideas to simply just words or names I like. So it's a bit of a junk drawer of the mind.

Sounds like you are definitely on track in doing lots of great things for yourself, your health & your overall well-being!

You are doing a great job, and appear to be on a great wellness journey. Continue to keep up the great work! 👍🏼

Ps. Those “helplines” can definitely be a struggle in finding the “right” fit. Good luck to you going forward if you find yourself needing them again. Sometimes you can call around the different states (if you are in the USA), and try other helplines until you find a good or better fit.

☀️Which of these do you already incorporate into your daily routines?!….I do at least “half” of these daily~

☀️From this list, what is something that you could work on more… or incorporate more of?!…. #8 & #13 … limiting time online & going to bed earlier is something I can definitely work more on!

☀️HOW are you prioritizing your “SelfCare” this Month?!…By trying to do things that are good & healthy for my body & mind. As well as doing things that I enjoy!
