WELCOME TO HEALTHY LIVING'S "WELLNESS WEDNESDAY"~ 



Wellness Wednesday is an Observance focused on Promoting & encouraging habits and practices that contribute to Overall Health & Wellbeing!

Its a day when you can take time out to focus on yourself and do things that make you Happy & Healthy!

1.) "WHAT" DID YOU DO TODAY TO FOCUS ON YOURSELF & YOUR WELLBEING?!

2.) "WHAT" IS SOMETHING THAT YOU DID TODAY THAT MADE YOU HAPPY MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY?!

Today for my wellness, I attended Two morning Fitness classes. The first was a Strength class, then 2nd was an Aqua class. Then relaxed in a Spa-tub afterwards to meditate and unwind a bit to help push through the stressors I’ve been feeling….

What made me happy "mentally & physically" today was knowing that I accomplished my health goals early on in the day. And that I was able to move forward with my day free to accomplish the rest of my tasks.. (& of course Lots of love from my furbaby which I needed). 🐾❤️

Today to focus on my well-being I pushed back against the passive SI depression and anxiety in many ways.

I checked the time when I woke up to see how much sleep I'd got. I noticed it wasn't eight hour, so I let myself sleep more.

When I woke up again, I was having very bad depression and anxiety. So I watched some YouTube videos by Douglas Bloch.

I checked if Byron Katie has uploaded her replay. Then I got out of bed and opened the curtains even though I didn't want to.

I lit a smoke odour eliminating candle to stop the smell of the neighbors cigarettes in my room and got dressed.

I brushed teeth, washed my face, did skincare and put on deodorant. And I ate a healthy breakfast of organic yoghurt, grain, fruit, seeds.

I went on my voidpets app and to a 7cups discussion, and reminded myself to be gentle and patient and loving to myself over and over.

I allowed myself to mute people who were beyond what my energy levels could handle and drank water and did deep breathing.

I set aside things that could be done later and distracted myself with thoughts of nice things I could do today. 

All these things kinda are adding up to make or are making me feel happy and healthy mentally and physically.

Wow… it sounds like you accomplished lots of amazing things for yourself today on this “Wellness Wednesday”! 

I especially like the part where you “opened the curtains” (because I have also personally resonated with that one). It’s such a simple thing that can give such a huge boost for improvement & motivation to start our day. 

You did a great job for yourself 👏🏼 … Continue to keep up all the great work you are doing! And thank you for sharing your responses and your day with us.
