Self care is measured in simple, complex, common, and diverse ways. I practice self care by taking a bubble bath and reading that cozy phycology book. Hey! Even helping people online is self care. <3

Selfcare is So important.
Me personally I do whatever my body tells me to do!...
Whether its taking a drive, online shopping, lounging in the pool, taking a walk or catching an exercise class, taking a nap, or cuddling and watching a good movie.
Whatever it is, I just do it!
I make sure I'm on track with my daily10 (10 daily routines and rituals) and going with the flow. 😊 🌊 🦄

I lose my temper faster than a candle loses its light. So, my self-care is very tough, because remaining calm is a difficult task for me!!
@rosebeinghappy18 Preach! I feel this so hard - I struggle with remaining calm, especially when things get stressful. It's clear that you care, though, and have really strong self-awareness! Sending positive thoughts for serenity and support!

For me personally, I have days of the week I always make a point to work out - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The next step is once or twice a week - I meal prep. I don't overthink it - I just take a bag of pre-washed salad greens or pre-made salad kits - dump them into cute reusable, plastic containers with lids - and cover with protein, dressing, and toppings.
Those two things - exercise, meal prep along with a third - tanning, make me feel really good. And it's a formula that just works for me. I hope everyone is able to find their personalized formula that works right for them! That's the key - everyone find what works for YOU. Because everyone has unique needs.

I changed my lifestyle habits - all of them. Here is what my daily routine looks like:
1. Healthy food only.
2. Plenty of water and fresh juices sometimes.
3. Prescribed vitamins and supplements from Canadian Pharmacy Online.
4. Yoga and exercise every day.
5. Walks with friends.
6. At least 8-hour sleep.
