All great ideas! The honey lift facial mask I made the other day right before bed has been the best! Here's the recipe:

Honey Lift Facial Mask Recipe:

1 tbsp raw honey

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp aloe vera gel

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Cleanse your face first.

Mix the ingredients. Do a patch test to be safe. Then apply for 25 minutes, then rinse off.

Finish with your favorite moisturizer.

Skin feels amazing the next day! Beyoutiful! ✨💛

😮 This sounds amazing! I love it! 

First of all, awesome job to you on incorporating some self care time & doing some amazing for yourself!👏🏼

And secondly, Thank you so much for sharing the “recipe”! All healthy  ingredients for a Face mask (assuming one has no medical issues or allergies of course)! .. But I’m going to try this!.. I’ve seen a recipe like this in the past and I hear it makes your skin so soft! And I definitely need that now with these winter months!

Hi, Ocean,

Which One Of These Things Do you give the Least time to & need to focus on More?!   Does sleep count?  I sleep a lot.  I need to do anything on that list more.  I guess I need to have a closer look at that list.

2.) Which Of These Things Do You already do the Most?!   It's the sleeping.  lol

3.) Which One Of These Things Resonates The Most with Your Personal Goals?   Gosh, I don't know.  I need to look at that list.

Sleep always counts! Lol,.. 

And now you know what things you can also give some time & attention to for yourself?!..

Maybe just aside 10-15 minutes on each of these days to do each thing?… Or… Perhaps just pick & choose One day/per week until each thing has been marked off over time?!

(Baby steps 😉😊)…

It's great to see how much attention everyone is giving to self-care! I also love how people are sharing creative ideas like the honey lift facial mask recipe. It's a great reminder that self-care can be as simple as taking a few minutes each day to focus on our well-being. As for me, I’ve been making time to enjoy a good drink and relax...sometimes even checking out new spots like LiHO drinks for something refreshing!

I definitely need to give more time to digital detox. I spend way too much time on my phone.


2.) Which Of These Things Do You already do the Most?! 

I participate in a lot of self care, maybe more than I should. 


3.) Which One Of These Things Resonates The Most with Your Personal Goals?  

Energizing resonates with my personal goals the most because I want to focus more on my physical health.

Hi there! 

Wow it seems you’ve really got a grasp on what selfcare means for you.

I can certainly understand the “digital detoxing”… I’m sure many of us are guilty on not giving enough time to that one!…

I’m not sure if there is such a thing as participating too much on SelfCare? As We definitely deserve to make ourselves a priority body, mind, and spirit! 🙂

I think focusing on your physical health is a wonderful goal to strive for! When we feel good physically then we feel good mentally & emotionally. It all goes together hand in hand! 

Great job to you on the amazing things that you are doing for yourself and striving to do better on! Keep up the awesome work 👍🏼… And thank you for sharing your responses.
