**Hey Everyone~ How has your week been going for you?
**How was your Valentine weekend? What did you end up doing for the day?
**What was "One" thing that made you Happy this week?!
**February is "HEART HEALTH MONTH"... What have you done healthy for your heart this month? What type of Healthy Activities & Cardio were you able to get in for your health!? If you haven't gotten anything in yet, what could you do for yourself in the last week ahead?!
**What have been your "Highlights or Struggles" this past week?

**AND ANY AND ALL NEWBIES!! PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR WEEK WITH US!
**This past week has gone pretty well... stayed on track with mostly everything. Meal plans, Water, Workouts. Still behind on sleep though. I really have to get better with setting a better schedule for myself somehow. I know what to do, but just haven't been implementing it with being quite the 'night-owl'. But I am going to attempt to do better in this last week ahead. I want to be on a much better schedule by March and going forward.
**Class went well this week. Hopefully it will continue to remain on the right track going forward. Weather has still been very cold. Wish we'd at least get to see a "little" bit of snow before the season ends. We only get to see it once a year or so if we're lucky~ But, with it being so cold, No outdoor activity yet, and No recent "doggie walks" with the pup~ But I know it will get there eventually.
**No real plans for the weekend ahead.... Just a few minor errands and some things to get. Then plan for the coming week ahead as I've got a lot of errands and appointments next week.~ Things will get a little busier for me in March. So I want to get all the other little things out of the way beforehand.~

**Hey Everyone~ How has your week been going for you?
**How was your Valentine weekend? What did you end up doing for the day? I wrote, finished a story within hours of dealine I gave myself so that is a good thing. My brother cooked for me; it was nice. My boyfriend wrote for me.
**What was "One" thing that made you Happy this week?! I did not freak out about something I misread. . . I just simply gave myself some time and reread it again. . . I was able to calm myself down. I know it sounds weird, but I overthink and overanalyze things and it causes great anxiety. I also got myself ice cream. . . everything but the kitchen sink. . . yum.
**February is "HEART HEALTH MONTH"... What have you done healthy for your heart this month? What type of Healthy Activities & Cardio were you able to get in for your health!? If you haven't gotten anything in yet, what could you do for yourself in the last week ahead?! I went for a walk. . . it was in a store, but it was still a walk.
**What have been your "Highlights or Struggles" this past week? My journal is caught up, i'm going to blog. . . I am trying to work on self-love and facing my own anxieties and fears. I have had good and bad moments, but it's amazing what getting out can do.
** What would "YOU" like to talk about or share with us about your Week?! WE want to hear from "YOU"~ I hope get some fictional writing done this week.

Hey there Rebekah! So great to hear from you this week!
Sounds like you had a really great Valentines weekend! How awesome for you that you were able to meet your deadline that you set for yourself. And what a great brother you have to cook for you! Thats really nice of him. What did he cook?! And how nice that your boyfriend wrote for you. Sounds like a great weekend.
Congrats on not "freaking out" (as you stated) over something you read. Thats a positive step. And that you took the time to re-read things, and calm down a bit,. I too tend to over-think things all the time. It can really challenging and difficult. So I can totally relate to what you are saying. And how lovely that you treated yourself to some 'icecream". Its nice to be able to treat ourselves when we can!
How awesome that you were able to get some activity in this week too! It doesn't matter where, all that matters is that you did it! Good job! Keep up the great work!
Working on self-love, and facing your fears and anxieties is a really huge step! Good for you. Not many people are willing to do that without a bit of help forcing them to do so in some way. Getting out can certainly be a really BIG step in helping with those things for sure! I've seen it myself. So I understand what you are saying. This is really great for you Rebekah! A very positive step and check-in for you!
You are really doing a great job for yourself. Thanks for checking in this week and keeping us up to date on how you are doing and how well things are progressing for you!
Highlights this week would be that the past couple days I’ve showered twice and made my bed once and my anxiety and obsessiveness about it has been a lot better the last two days then a lot of my days have been recently

My week's been really stressful, but I got through it! I'm caught up with most of my work and I can finally take some time to relax.
**What was "One" thing that made you Happy this week?!
One thing that made me happy this week was my long distance boyfriend sending me a Valentine's Day gift!

Not sure if this counts but I have really gotten into yoga recently!
**What have been your "Highlights or Struggles" this past week?
Struggled because my old abuser came back into my life and screamed at me. I was able to get out of that situation but I'm still shaken up.

Sorry to hear that you had a stressful week. But its great that you got caught up with things and have time to relax! Thats always a great feeling of accomplishment.

How awesome that you have gotten into Yoga! Good for you on taking charge of your healthy living goals and working on yourself! Although I've never really done yoga much myself, I know it can have some really amazing benefits. I am thinking on taking it up myself soon and trying it out. Keep up the great work!
So sorry to hear that you were shaken up a bit by the negative event, but so glad that you were able to get out of that situation and that it didn't get any worse for you! We are here for you!

@PoliteOcean Here's how the past week went. Monday I went grocery shopping and for a walk. Wednesday I had an acupuncture appointment. Friday I went for a walk again. This week is the first week I went for two walks in the same week in a long time. A couple of weeks ago, I started to read poetry again, but not every night. There are a lot of things that make me upset so I just watch travel videos instead. For this upcoming week I'm going grocery shopping on Monday, acupuncture on Wednesday, and Friday I'm hoping to go to the hair salon. If I chose to go to the hair salon, this is the week I'm going to have to tell my caretaker that they can't use GPS. I've had so much verbal abuse from my mother that I have conflict avoidance. My therapy is going very slowly for February, but it should pick up for March. I'm studying a new programming language called "Python", and I remember a lot but I also need a review. I'm not trying to be a developer, my goal is to be a data analyst. Marriage has become a long-forgotten dream.

Hey there Regmo!... Sounds like a pretty good day on Monday. Being able to get your groceries and getting a walk in as well. Thats great that you were able to get out and get your walk in! And again on Friday! Keep up the great work! The weather must be really nice where you are, or perhaps you are unlike me and don't mind the colder weather. Either way thats awesome for you to get 2 walks in. I see your acupuncture is continuing to go well since you had another appointment?! Thats nice that you took some time out to do some other things such as reading poetry again and watching travel videos. Not sure which type of videos you watched? I used to watch stuff like that on the Discovery channel from time to time. Sounds like you have another busy week ahead with various appointments. I do as well...How do you feel about having "conflict avoidance"? Do you feel that its a good thing or not so good? Avoiding conflicts doesn't have to be a negative thing. But, I would supposed that knowing how to deal with them when they arise would be important too. Have you been thinking about marriage lately? Or your past thoughts of it? Have you talked to your therapist about how you are feeling about that?... Its great that you continue to keep yourself busy and in touch with studying various things. Picking up another new programming language sounds like it would definitely keep you busy! And its great that you already remember alot. Its awesome that you have made goals for yourself of being a data analyst. That is really something to look forward to and continue to study towards. Keep up the great work that you are doing, sounds like you had a really productive week and another one ahead as well! Thanks for checking in and letting us know how you've been doing!
@PoliteOcean Yes, Ocean, I think about marriage a lot. I'm a middle-aged man and still single. It's been a huge sore point for me because I don't fit in with married couples, especially married couples with children. When a church focuses so much attention on families, single people fall through the cracks. Especially older singles are treated like a freak of nature. One friend of mine who I went to high school with has grandchildren, and I'm still single. Furthermore, I'm not going to marry anyone who is divorced or has children.
Heya ! The past week has been alright, probably slightly too busy though! There’s also been a low and indulging myself with plenty of sweets to try and compensate that low. I’m not too happy that I always turn to sweets when a low happen but maybe it’s better than a harmful behavior so well, for now it’s how it is!
Exercising has still been good, I’ve really found the right rhythm and kind of work out so that I don’t get discouraged and also don’t overdo it!
Sleep has been annoying as usual! Especially today as I woke up too early for nothing but also stayed awake in the middle of the night for no reason… I’m kinda giving up though, as I can’t see what I’m doing wrong, I’m literally crossing every item off the ‘how to sleep well’ list!

The last week hasn’t been fantastic, my anxiety has not been great. But today I’ve showered and am about to start on some exercise goals.
