List of Apps that keeps you motivated
Heya everyone!
Let's start a list of apps we can use to motivate ourselves and stay on track with our health goals!
Here are some of the apps I use or heard about:
-Habitica (transforms your tasks into RPG quests, also has a very nice support community)
-Zombie Run! (a fitness and zombie game)
Fitbit App (tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more)
@FrozenCloud
Sounds great :D
@MungBean Myfitnesspal!
@sereneSunset97, this is a great suggestion! I've been using My Fitness Pal and find it very helpful.
Wow I really love this list ! Thanks for sharing it with us <3 ^-^ I have tried the zombie Runn one! Pretty nice app c:

Related to this topic, does anyone know of any good menstrual cycle tracking app? Ya girl needs some help
@DancingAlong
yeah a calendar jk. I'll look.
@DancingAlong
Try "Period Tracker - Menstrual Calendar" I looked it up. It offers Apple Watch App.
You could also try "Clue: Period, PMS, Fertility & Ovulation tracker"
You can also try "Flo Period Tracker: Period & Ovulation"
You can also try "Glow Fertility tracker, Ovulation tracker app"
:)
@DancingAlong What I use does not track my whole vycle, but it just sends me a message on Messenger when my period is coming. On Messenger you just have to search 'Bearhug' and you'll find it. I absolutely love it because it's close to always on time with letting me know something and it doesn't require an app. It's just a message that you get :)
I use the LoseIt App and it allows you to track your steps, your calories, your exercises, and it offers you challenges and it also has a website with a forum where you can get support and it has recipes and stuff and it can help you set goals. :)

Some apps which I like:
PAUSE - it's good for relaxation
Headspace - guided meditation
Weight Loss Fitness
@MungBean
Smiling Mind is an amazing app for guided meditation, and has different categories depending on age. Also has meditation for classrooms and workplaces and daily mindfulness guide.
SuperBetter makes habit and goals into games called quests. It's really fun haha
Fabulous is a good app too to build good habits to help you feel better etc.
All are free, but Fabulous also has a paid version for more things to do.
http://habitica.com is my favourite for sure!
