@ASilentObserver To get your name on the board to host a session and earn cheers, how does one go about that? Do they have to sign up? How is it tracked how many sessions they hosted? This is absolutely amazing so I'm curious to know how to get involved.

I think even being a peer supporter, listener chatroom supporter, host for check ins/ listener sharing circle, any listener room leadership roles (https://www.7cups.com/forum/ListenerLearningJourney_149/ListenerChatroomInformation_2043/ChatroomLeadershipOpportunities_216563/) also provide one with the banner-setting ability so you can set your own banners to host something in the chatrooms (both listener/ member rooms).
I'm unsure how these banners are tracked/ how cheers are awarded (this post for chatroom leader's cheers is rolling after a while too I think lol), so I'd let @ASilentObserver answer this one.
But to just host something in a room, you don't need to be a "leader"/ be able to set your own banners (you can always request a com mod on shift for both opening/ closing respective rooms and to set a banner for you in the room~ there's an option to mention a "co-host" while setting banners and I feel, this should allow the credit to the cupser actually hosting too in case the banner was set by someone else)
