Member Chat Rooms Survey + News on Moderators

Hello everyone! I hope everyone has been doing well. I have two pieces of news to share with you all and I hope you find them helpful.

News 1:

Please take a minute to fill in a short survey on the member chat rooms. The survey is divided into three layers:

• General feedback and discussions
• Feedback on specific chat rooms
• Improving group support role with a focus on room supporter and chatroom moderator.

News 2:

We are rolling out chatroom moderator's training as a form-based one rather than live chatroom training. We are taking this step with the hope it will improve the onboarding process and allow more to apply for the role and become moderators to help us with moderation in the chat rooms. The safety of the chat rooms is the priority as we want to provide the safest space to participate to our community members. A big credit of making this idea possible goes to @Isha!

Second, we will be opening Group Mod Chatroom for regular queries and assistance for all chatroom moderators. All moderators are welcome to use it and learn the best practice of moderation and being a good moderator from each other. Let's learn and support together.
