I would like helpful tips on how I can be more professional with my clients I listen to.
@Buttercup0126 hello I am a therapist at 7cups. My suggestion would be to really connect with the client on a familiar level. This should put the conversation at ease. Each client will be different on the level of professionalism they want. Hope this helps
