1. Being able to attend classes at and live in a dorm at a great university!
2. Being able to feel accepted and get acclimated with student organizations on campus.
3. Having a great roommate, whom I get along really well with!
4. Being able to enjoy all-you-can-eat at dining halls on campus with my meal plan
5. Having classes that relate to each other in some ways.
6. The ability to reconnect with old friends.
7. Getting connected with a great church & an awesome small group Bible study
8. Waking up every day happy, fortunate, and healthy.
9. Being in such a healthy, long-term relationship for about a year & seven months.
10. The ability to be who I am without fear!
1. My upbringing which was based on the best of the East & the West.
2. Amma my paternal grandma who made me fearless & unstoppable.
3. My parents who gave me solid roots but strong wings as well.
4. Being a working woman makes me self-sufficient & independent.
5. Traveling far & wide helped me break so many of my barriers & be exposed to varied cultures.
6. Walking on a spiritual path for the past 17 years has added a new dimension to me & made me blossom to the fullest.
7. My students who keep me eternally young and charged.
8. Yoga & alternate medicine which has steered me through many an ailment & today are an integral part of my daily routine.
9. I am also so fortunate to have grown up being exposed to very impactful cinema which had a huge influence moulding my personality.
10. 7 Cups which gave me something sorely lacking in my life........ a purpose..... it gave me a meaning for my existence !!!

my wonderful sweet dog, my good friends, the plants in my room that keep the air fresh, a warm bed, food in the fridge, the smell of pine trees, a heating pad, warm tea, working eyes, a good paying job, cozy socks and slippers, snow, and my nice roommate

My guitar teacher who is really good at teaching
1. Being alive.
(This will always be No.1 and the others are just in the order I think of them and doesn't connote favouring one above another).
2. Cats - I have two gorgeous little people just yards from me, looking lovely and being amazing.
3. Music - especially at this moment The Robert Cray Band and Matt Monro.
4. The amazing people in the world including the delightful people who make up the 7Cups community.
5. Beautiful women.
6. Being able to dance around my room like a loon knowing that the only 2 people who can see it are either asleep or busy grooming themselves
7. Stones (Rocks for my American friends) - Nothing nicer than finding a smooth stone and running my fingers over it and feeling it in my hands knowing that it predates me by thousands upon thousand of years and allows me to see that my time here is fleeting and should therefore be appreciated and enjoyed.
8. Chinese Food.
9. Plump full pillows and big warm duvets - kind of a 2 in oone there.
10. Clogs - They're not trendy but my word they are comfy.
