7 Cups 'Unsung Hero' Shout-Out Appreciation Challenge
Hello all of you Awesome Listeners!
Aside from all the great work you do here, I am presenting a challenge beginning Sunday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 9th for all of us to give a HUGE Shout-Out to our UNSUNG HEROES!
Who is an 'Unsung Hero?' Glad you asked! We often send Shout-Outs to our Listeners who are part of many projects and are well known in the Community. However, the foundation stone Listeners of 7 Cups are our 'B' track people who are jaw-dropping amazing and have awesome numbers here because their concentration is on Listening and/or Supporting and doing it well.
Who qualifies as an Unsung Hero? A Listener who has reached high goals here with astounding amounts of chats in 1 on 1 and/or groups. Someone you won't normally see in our Shout-Out arenas. Someone who derserves great praise for uplifting 7 Cups to great respect while staying in the background. These are people you won't generally find in any leadership program or team.
How do we find Unsung Heroes? It can be a challenge, so I challenge everyone to be looking up profiles in chat rooms, 1 on 1's, browsing Listeners or by simply knowing a Listener with whom we could have not gotten to where we are now without! As this challenge coincides with 7 Cups 3rd birthday, I'd love to see 3 Shout-Outs per post.

Hi! I'm going to a shout out on some people ive not really spoken to but i think deserve a shout out.
@cinnamoncoca For they wonderful profile, they are a Scholar 6 with 21 reviews, 37 ratings, 900 chats!!! On top of this, Cinnamoncoca is a peer support in the rooms.
@SoothingAsh has been here since 23nd of june, and gainned 47 ratings,16 reviews, and has 151 chats, giving them a title of > Intermediate 5
And my last one today is
@lynjen is a Speicailest 7 with 16 reviews and 107 ratings. This listener has helped 309 people!! thats is amazing.

@Nicola2468 is a Explorer Listener on 7Cups! She joined 7cups on 22nd July 2014, so it's almost her 2 year anniversary! 
In the time, she has managed 277 chats, 26,464 cheers, 80 ratings and 36 positive reviews. At the moment, even though she's busy with studying and exams, she's trying to complete an internship here at 7cups, she's part of the social media team, reaching out to those in need, and she's part of the listener verifying team, helping others to become verified listeners. She does so much, but is still incredibly humble about it, and is always looking to learn and see how she can become a better listener. She's an inspiration to me, and has helped so many people along the way

@dreamofbetterdays just started today and already has five five-star reviews and two written reviews! Holy cow! I wanted to honor Mieke because their profile is inviting, kink-friendly (hard to find someone to talk to about that kind of thing - I am happy the members have someone to come to in these regards), and because after only a day they've already made a huge dent in their progress. @AmaranthineElusive has a profile that catches your eye from the beginning, starting with "Hey Sweetie!" Honestly I think AmaranthineElusive is a superstar because their reviews all say such beautiful things that imply that they have a knack for working with people. And with that beautiful five-star rating, it's hard to argue such a thing! Thank you for making this place your home, and providing solace for all who come your way.

This one goes out to a few listeners that i have the chance to befriend, here on 7cups in LHR... Their guest/member chats aside, these guys really do show their knack for helping others,, by also helping fellow listeners in their times of need.. Here's a shout-out to all you awesome listeners.. Without you, LHR wouldn't have been that much fun..
1 @RebeccaCupCake : with over 400 chats, they're an awesome Discoverer 7 level, and their tenacity to help, is clearly shown from their reviews
2: @eviesweet : with almost 1200 chats and 25 written reviews and thrice the ratings, and all 5 Stars.. talk to her for a few, and you'll know the real meaning of the phrase "Old soul in a young body"
3: @Halogen : an awesome multi-lingual guy, with a very strong determination and the will to succeed.. a person with about 725 chats and 24 really awesome reviews, an amazing Peer Supporter and the word AWESOME doesnt even begin to describe his Ice Breaker sessions
4: @Hermes10 he's one heck of a listener.. not officially a peer supporter... but no less than one either.. with chats close to a whopping 800, he is one of the people, who brighten up the LHR just with his presence
5: @LMessi10 He's been a listener for little over a year, with 750 chats and 21 amazing reviews, he's a die hard fan of football and Lionell Messi... ask him anything about either of those, and trust me, he knows it all.. jokes aside,, he knows alot about uplifting your mood too :)

Although its been ages since we've talked to each other in PM, and Despite the fact that she works for over 60 hours each week, and she has other personal stuff to do, she is one AWESOME.. no wait... i may have to contact Websters to try and find a word that supercedes the word AWESOME... because, the word AWESOME doesnt even begin to describe all her hard work, that she has done for this community...

Ok. This is my list of heroes who deserve recognition for their work here. I dont know any of them on a level which many of u do but still i want to do this as a shout-out.
1.- @KindPineapple4689 - He started in March 2016 and has already managed 379 chats and has recieved 12 aewsome reviews, 1 of them even recognising his "zen like quality". He is kind and polite and already a loved member of LHR
2.- @TellMeAboutYourself - He is one of the most experienced listeners here having completed 2 years here this may. He has an incredible 1829 chats to his name with 51 awesome reviews. Much loved at the LHR. Also we are from the same state.
3.- @Giovanna - She joined on september 2014. She is an amazing peer support and an even better person. She has got huge experience on this site with 1636 chats to her name and 26 wonderful reviews. One of her members named her ' Gio the Superstar'. We all love her presence in LHR.
4. - @vivelespatates - " the best listener i have connected with" as one of her members say. She is an amazing peer support. She loves potatoes. She has an awesome 5 star rating after 108 reviews. She has joined this site on October last year but she already is on Proficient level with 637 chats. She has also undertaken the task of helping out people who find it tough to find French listeners on this site.
5. - @miraculousCloud86 - One of my newest friends. Her favourite Snooker player is Judd Trump. She named her cat after her favourite player (the cat is devil). SHe is an amazing human being and one of the strongest persons that I know. She has been here since December last year and has already taken up 469 chats with 7 awesome reviews.
6.- @sensiblegrapefruit - We all know him.He rejoined the site only in December,2015 and is already on Virtuoso level has with 1503 chats to his name. He is active in both Member group supports and Listener group support chats. He has got an awesome 5 star rating in 39 reviews. He loves music especially metal genre and hates sports talks in the groups.

@FrenchMarbles is a mentor, but he does a lot of back work and isn't as prominent and out there as a lot of people are. But honestly he is one of the sweetest, most considerate people I've ever encountered! Not to mention, he's amassed almost 1000 chats, and has a perfect five-star rating. Jake is one of my biggest heroes on this site.
@Mokie is a sweetheart to her core. She always has something insightful to bring to the conversation, and she always makes me feel like I'm welcomed and accepted in her presence. She's helped over 70 people, and her members find her to be fantastic and caring, great and wonderful. And after talking to her, I can't help but to agree.
@hummingbirdHeart2 is one of the most amazing listeners I've ever seen. Helping thousands of people, she takes the time to get to know each and every member. She's absolutely an unsung hero. Not to mention, she's sweet as a button. It's gorgeous to see someone so involved, yet so humble. You're awesome! <3
