7 Cups 'Unsung Hero' Shout-Out Appreciation Challenge
Hello all of you Awesome Listeners!
Aside from all the great work you do here, I am presenting a challenge beginning Sunday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 9th for all of us to give a HUGE Shout-Out to our UNSUNG HEROES!
Who is an 'Unsung Hero?' Glad you asked! We often send Shout-Outs to our Listeners who are part of many projects and are well known in the Community. However, the foundation stone Listeners of 7 Cups are our 'B' track people who are jaw-dropping amazing and have awesome numbers here because their concentration is on Listening and/or Supporting and doing it well.
Who qualifies as an Unsung Hero? A Listener who has reached high goals here with astounding amounts of chats in 1 on 1 and/or groups. Someone you won't normally see in our Shout-Out arenas. Someone who derserves great praise for uplifting 7 Cups to great respect while staying in the background. These are people you won't generally find in any leadership program or team.
How do we find Unsung Heroes? It can be a challenge, so I challenge everyone to be looking up profiles in chat rooms, 1 on 1's, browsing Listeners or by simply knowing a Listener with whom we could have not gotten to where we are now without! As this challenge coincides with 7 Cups 3rd birthday, I'd love to see 3 Shout-Outs per post.

@necrodeath necrodeath is a Virtuoso who started 7 Cups in November of 2015. Necro has an amazing 2,866 chats under their belt, 375 ratings and 108 wonderful reviews! Necro is one of the few who have the Knighthood of Smiles badge and also has participated in 161 Group Support chats to help others.
@RumpleSteeleSkin RumpleSteeleSkin started as a Listener for 7 Cups in August of 2015 and is a Proficient. Steele has 508 chats, 570 Group Support chats and 671 Listener Group chats. WOW! What I love about Steele is their willingness to help other Listeners and keep Group Rooms supportive!
@babyblue Babyblue is a Pinnacle who listens to teens and adults. blue has been with 7 Cups since June of 2014 and has supported 1072 people in 1 on 1 chats. blue has also been supportive with 239 Group Support chats and an amazing 8942 Listener Support chats!

I really don't go out in leadership or any sort of forum or community owing to my very busy schedule, and keep to myself and help members as much as possible. The pleasure's all mine. You were up for badges and suggestion, personally I don't this due to the badges or reviews. However, most of the listeners here will and am sure, gets very happy to see a new badge pop up once in a while. So, a badge will be really welcome boost for these "unsung listeners" who devote more time to helping members and work in the background in general.
@necrodeath Great job. You are really an inspiration to other listeners here on 7 cups, for those who work in the background and contribute to the community a lot just for the purpose of helping others.

Autumn wow- you made my morning. Thank you for the shout out!!! And thank you for all the hard work you do in the back grounds as well.
It is important to see those on here that are pretty quite and really dont go into the listeners rooms much, but have outstanding ratings. Those I honor and say thank you too!!!!
But I also say thank you for those listeners in LSR who make it fun and silly, thoughtfull and caring...and not forget the love as well. Everyone on here is important and we all share a spot in the making 7cups productive and helping out all the people we help and change their lives...
Remember, how it feels when you need to share something, and actually given that time here......

@Katangel is a Genius Listener here at 7 Cups! She joined the community on the 3rd of August 2015 and has achieved over 5500 chats, 217033 cheers, 160 ratings and 54 positive reviews during her time here. Although she suffers from a debilitating chronic illness, she always finds the time to listen and support others. She's an incredible inspiration and ambassador of love and compassion.

I want to give a shoutout to @Liz1000 ! She may not have as many reviews as some others, but she is a fixture in the LSR, and she is always super welcoming, helpful, professional and polite and is in general a sunny presence, who unfailingly makes the room a better place. She does a lot of peer support and an occasional quick mentoring right in the room, badge or no. She is a true unsung hero, and her one-year anniversary last month was a bit low-key, even though she is universally liked and appreciated in the listener rooms.
Maybe we need a Liz badge for those who make the listener rooms a better place without being front and center!
