Hi everyone. ❤️

I recently finished a 30 day YWA (Yoga With Adriene) challenge and if any of you have done them in the past I'm sure you have experienced the huge benefits of that on your health and overall wellbeing. It made me reflect deeply on how important a consistent self care practice is, how these (sometimes tiny) routines and rituals can change our perspective or give us a new one. It really can cultivate self love and give us space to breathe and recharge. 

I am curious to hear what your self care practice look like? Do you have one? How does it benefit or help you? If you don't have one, would you like to create that?

Been forever since I wanna get into yoga but just seem to not create the space and manage the time for it oof, I'll start small though. This was a nice little encouraging reminder!

Thank you Sun, its nice to see you too. 💞 I understand it can be difficult to make space for yoga and find time for it in our busy lifes. I would suggest to take it step by step and begin small. There are a lot of quick yoga videos you can do, in the morning or evening. For some people, it works better to book a yoga class at the gym or something similar, because then you "have to" go. 🩷
