I agree with this sentence " it doesn't cost to be Kind " I believe its right as humans we all need to show a little bit of kindness weather it be smiling to make someone's day or even a chat to someone in need, even helping the elderly or sparing some change to someone who hasn't eaten. Those type of things and many more can make someone feel good inside and unfortunately where I live there's no kindness like that but I do these things to pass it around even if it only touches 1 or 2 people at least we can do is try and see where it leads
