Daf's reminder for you

❤️ Welcome, everyone! How are you? I hope you are having a day as amazing as you! ❤️

❤️ As the title of this post claims, I brought you here to remind you of something. That something is your greatness. ❤️

❤️ Some of you might be aware of your awesomeness and some might not. Luckily, whether or not you know it, a reminder won't hurt! ❤️

❤️ So, we all know that each of us is reading this either from a member or a listener account. To refute a low self-esteem attack, I'll cover both sides: ❤️

❤️ If you are a member, you came here seeking support, which requires self-awareness, emotional intelligence and determination. You are going through an extremely difficult time and still manage to have the strength, bravery and courage to do something about it. You are an example of resilience, personal growth and radiance. Additionally, you are in this specific community, which means you are kind, respectful and supportive. You truly are incredibly marvelous ❤️

❤️ If you are a listener, you came here to provide emotional support, which shows how benevolent, altruistic, sweet, loving and magnanimous you are. You invest your time in helping others, which is evidence of your enormous selfless, thoughtful, caring and considerate heart. I can only admire your volunteer work and beautiful intentions! People like you make a unique difference. I am immensely proud of you and your wondrous personality ❤️

❤️ I know all of you embody all of those qualities regardless of your account type, but hey, I had to start off with something to silence insecurities! ❤️

❤️ So, if you are reading this, you are an inspiration. Even when life is the toughest to you, your shine is splendiferous. You are beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, giving, nurturing, determined, incredible, lovely, majestic, first-class, wonderful and extraordinary. You truly upgrade humanity and make the world a better place by blessing it with your unequaled presence. Your magnificence is a tremendous galaxy that shines brighter than all stars. As I just said, all of you is beautiful, in each and every single way. Your existence is a gift that deserves a standing ovation and the biggest form of gratitude. I can only be thankful for your whole self! ❤️

❤️ You are empathetic, understanding, encouraging, exceptional, remarkable, talented, yare, impressive, incredible and olympian. You are a rare gemstone that we can only cherish and love. Your loved ones won the grand prize: your affection. Whoever is in your heart is the most fortunate being. You are an opulent, outstanding and laureate being that practically emits an astonishing light. You are keen, fabulous, a fantastic jewel, a hardworking warrior, a humble love-spreader, a generous soul and a flabbergasting person. ❤️

❤️ The difficulties you face basically are life being jealous of how formidable, distinctive and dazzling you are. You truly are attentive, skillful, delightful, stupendous and numinous, and your insecurities are the result of your brain being unable to process your virtuosity: You indeed are smart, intelligent and clever, but no brain is prepared to understand a shine of your caliber. Therefore, your brain receives a greatness overload and misreads your excellence. But don't worry, that's what this reminder is here for! ❤️

❤️ As I was saying, you are special, stellar, amicable, amorous, heartwarming, creative, lavish and glorious. If you ever go and explore outer space, your brightness will replace the actual Sun! You are funny, humorous, coruscant, helpful, benign and a surreal piece of art (specifically, a masterpiece). The fact that you might not always see it is bonkers and extremely unfair. ❤️

❤️ Side note: Please don't forget that things can get better. Also, thank you for trying and thank you for everything you do! ❤️

❤️ You may think "That's so nice, Daf, but it's not true", so here's some proof! ❤️

❤️ 1- About your struggles: You go through the worst and still are battling (your resilience is unbelievable!). Your strength is like a rock and you rock! ❤️

❤️ 2- About your good heart: You are here, in a community about support and love. You could be randomly insulting others or doing something evil anywhere else, but you are here! And don't be like "Why would I randomly do something evil?" because some people decide to, hence why you upgrade humanity ❤️

❤️ 3- About resilience: It's known that bad times make you a better person (for example, it makes you kinder and more successful and overall happier in the future). It's called post-traumatic growth and basically is one more evidence of how magnificent and virtuous you are ❤️

❤️ 4- About beauty: Since it's subjective, who has the authority to tell you you aren't pretty and/or freaking stunning? I have a tendency to be right and I decree you are beautiful art. If you disagree, you'll have to tell me about it (read: lose the debate with me) in PMs 😈 ❤️

❤️ 5- About intelligence: Firstly, we have the fact that there are several types of intelligence and, therefore, that you are smart in more than one way. Secondly, you either were smart to identify you need support and proactive to seek it, smart to understand the need for more goodness in the world and proactive to provide it, or both! That is not only a sign of your emotional cleverness: it also is evidence of your determination, capability and wonderfulness. ❤️

❤️ 6- About your talents and abilities: Basically any activity makes you develop one or more skills. Whether you like to draw, sing, write, mold, run, swim, build, dance or tell jokes, you become more capable in multiple ways by doing so! Even things that are wrongly considered useless like playing games help you to be more skillful. So, whether you realize it or not, you are talented and skilled! ❤️

❤️ 7- About your distrust in these statements: In case you still don't believe me, you get extra points for this one! Having insecurities reveals two things about you: that you are extremely humble and that you are so remarkable that your brain cannot understand your greatness. It's proven that lots of wondrous people underestimate themselves: if you doubt yourself, you are included in that category! You're the true reversed version of the Dunning-Kruger Effect! ❤️

❤️ 8- Honestly, by now this is just listing obvious points. You are magnificent, olympian, outstanding, spectacular, remarkable, numinous and virtuous. You have my statements, the very obvious evidence and the marvel you are. Check a mirror to observe the true treasure of this Universe ❤️

❤️ In conclusion, you are the 8th wonder of the world. You deserve all the kindness, sweetness, consideration, praise, compliments, confidence, care, pride, support, hugs, happiness and love (some might not give you what you deserve, but that doesn't change the fact that you do deserve all of these things!), so please act on that and give yourself what you deserve! You are perfectly perfect just the way you are: never stop yourself from getting the life you deserve. You are worth it ❤️

❤️ I hope you eventually understand that you are way more than enough. So, from the depths of my heart, thank you for being so splendid, coruscant, brilliant and laureate. To say it differently... ❤️
