mean to feel good about self to build on ones gifts and talent 

2. Write a list of things you are thankful for.

thankful for my online friends

for support system  online

for our friends both offline and online

for our cat who seems to know our moods

for having a place to live away from family and abuse

for 7cups and one other places we get support at and can give support to others

for my home aid

3. Write about your favorite memory.

our is walking in woods with grandpa as a child the time he spent with us one on one things he taught  us as we walked in woods sitting with him just talking about things in nature too summer days spent with him were the best memories of  our childhood

Nice to meet you. Keep it up! Studies have shown that spending time with nature has a positive impact on mental health. Just remembering those positive moments does wonders. It improves one's mood.
